Figma is seeking a senior Sales Operations partner to translate market trends into actionable guidance for the AMER Sales leadership. You will own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and operating cadences to inform timely decisions and optimize the go-to-market engine.

You will help shape org design, quota structures, and book-of-business allocation to support scalable revenue growth in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales operations experience in high-growth SaaS.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools like Sigma.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to generate sales insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AMER Sales to translate market insights into recommendations.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and operating cadence (MBRs, QBRs) to drive timely decisions.
• Shape org design, quota structures, and book-of-business allocation for scalable growth.
