• 5+ years of sales operations experience in SaaS or high-growth environments.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to generate sales insights and delivering executive-ready analyses.

Responsibilities

• Forecast Mid-Market, Enterprise & Strategic segments and build repeatable processes.
• Lead operating cadence: MBRs, QBRs, and weekly forecast reviews with clear actions.
• Shape org design, headcount, quotas, and book-of-business allocations for scalable growth.
