Figma seeks an experienced Sales Operations Manager to partner with our Sales team across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments. This role focuses on translating performance data into regional priorities, supporting forecasting, and elevating the operating cadence to drive scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales operations experience in a high-growth SaaS context.
• Strong analytical and technical skills including Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools (Sigma).
• Experience using AI tools to generate sales insights (Claude Code, Codex).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AMER Sales to translate performance data into regional priorities and investments.
• Assist forecasting for Mid-Market, Enterprise & Strategic segments with rigor in pipeline reviews.
• Lead the operating cadence (MBR, QBR, weekly forecasts) and surface risks/opportunities for timely decisions.
• Shape headcount, org design and quota structures to enable scalable growth.
• Build dashboards and automated insights leveraging AI to speed data-to-action for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales Systems, Finance, and Data Science to ensure data quality and governance.
