Figma is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Sales to shape our sales strategy and lead a growing team of Account Executives. You will drive engagement with Fortune 1000 customers, expand relationships, and help define processes across Support, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to maximize revenue.

The role offers remote work from anywhere in the United States and reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, with a path to scale the team and impact the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS sales experience with proven success in large accounts.
• 2+ years of managing sales teams and coaching at scale.
• Strong knowledge of technical products, market dynamics and competitors.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to drive engagement, expansion and retention.
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings to shape deals and strategy.
• Mentor and develop the team through training and career growth opportunities.
• Help shape sales processes and initiatives to improve performance.
• Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales.
• Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise on strategies to exceed goals.
