Samsara is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to scale systems, processes, and data-driven practices across the go-to-market teams. You will partner with senior leaders and Enterprise Account Executives to support growth toward $1B in revenue, driving efficiency and enabling long-term success in a remote role across the US.

Formación

• 6-8 years of experience in a Sales Operations role or similar growth/operations roles
• Ability to drive organizational change via cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication with AVP+ levels
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the overall sales technology ecosystem
• Strong organizational skills and business judgment
• Experience in Lead to Cash processes
• Experience rolling out new workflows to large sales organizations
• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA is optional
• Familiarity with Product Management and/or Six Sigma is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enable Enterprise Sales to spend more time in the field
• Refine intake and prioritization processes to minimize friction in the sales pipeline
• Identify pain points for sales reps and develop solutions to improve day-to-day effectiveness
• Work with internal departments to drive revenue and profitability for Enterprise customers
• Handle complex initiatives related to corporate strategy and long-term goals
• Promote Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across offices
