Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Sales Manager to own a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage floor operations, drive revenue, and uphold premium member experiences across the location.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years blending operations with sales, a proven record of hitting targets, and strong accountability to KPIs. Healthcare hospitality or premium service background is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience blending operations and sales.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Accountability to KPIs with data-driven decision making.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing and workflow.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and coach the team to maintain high accountability.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities while ensuring efficient, professional member interactions.
