Serenity Healthcare is seeking an Operations Sales Manager to own a high-volume service location. You'll lead the team, manage the floor, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional member experience while meeting targets.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience blending operations management with sales responsibilities.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with measurable results.
Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decision making.
Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations preferred.
Experience having performance conversations and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operations of a high-volume service location including staffing, workflow, and floor presence.
Drive location sales performance and manage revenue targets and KPIs.
Set and enforce performance standards through coaching and structured accountability.
Identify and convert sales opportunities while maintaining top-tier member experience.
Track KPIs and use insights to guide operational and commercial decisions.
Address underperformance promptly with clear actions.
