Job summary

The Sales Support Manager will lead the Sales Operations teams that support marketers and agents, overseeing requests, providing sales support, and guiding agents through the sales cycle.

This role emphasizes expert knowledge of carrier products, pre-sale issue resolution, and alignment of team goals with company initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound and inbound requests to marketers, agents and office staff by telephone and e-mail.
• Provide sales support and case consultation to agents regarding potential sales opportunities; maintain and update agent information and activity in the company database.
• Assist agents throughout the sales cycle until they are paid, including help with licensing, contracting and new business.
• Maintain contact with agents/staff through outbound follow up calls on product quotes, illustrations, and materials; promote Integrity's value proposition.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on carrier products and positioning to agents/marketers using advanced case design concepts.
• Identify and resolve potential pre-sale concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Understand commission structures and revenue generating paths; work with team to align goals with company initiatives.
