Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of sales experience or related experience.
• Previous experience in insurance, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to present sales and training materials to groups in person, over the phone, and via virtual platforms.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Marketing/Sales Support to agents/agencies.
• Build relationships for continued success with agents/agencies.
• Understand carriers and products supported by the role.
• Communicate advantages of doing business with Integrity, Carriers and supported products.
• Provide input and support on new product and sales processes.
• Achieve weekly KPI targets to meet company goals.
• Support Agent Success VP in defining department sales/strategy.
• Collaborate with other Agent Success Managers to maximize company value.
• Continue industry education.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
