DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support teammate to greet customers and assist sales and operations advisors through the purchasing journey. You’ll follow up with internet leads, schedule appointments, and help present vehicle features and financing basics to customers.

Roles include processing paperwork, maintaining showroom flow, and collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors with financing basics and vehicle features.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email; schedule appointments.
• Support paperwork including down payments, titles, trade info, and loan docs.
• Maintain showroom organization and assist across departments as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, team-oriented workplace culture.
