DriveTime Car Sales, LLC is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support associate to greet customers, present features, pricing, and financing basics, and nurture relationships. You will follow up on internet leads, schedule appointments, and support test drives and demonstrations to ensure a smooth path to ownership.

In this role you will assist with paperwork, coordinate daily dealership operations, maintain vehicle displays, and work closely with sales and management to achieve dealership

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase, learning certification of Level 1 and 2, with increasing responsibilities.

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing by presenting vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers via calls, text, and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization; support cross-department operations.
