Job summary

OneDigital is hiring a Sales Operations Support Specialist to bolster day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for the Sales Operations & Strategy Manager and the Sales, New Business, and Retention teams. This role keeps our sales systems, data, and processes running smoothly, requiring strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.

You will manage CRM data in D365, coordinate meetings and trainings, and assist with marketing and RFP

Qualifications

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior CRM experience (D365 preferred).

Responsibilities

• CRM & Pipeline Support: data entry, record updates, and data cleanup in D365.
• New User Setup & System Access: onboarding and licensing for new users.
• Meeting & Training Coordination: schedule, agendas, and follow-up docs.
• Marketing & RFP Support: assist with requests, deadlines, and materials.
• General Administrative Support: schedule, coordination, and data initiatives.
