Job summary

OneDigital, a leading employee benefits broker, seeks a Sales Operations Support Specialist in Berwyn, PA. The role provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Ops & Strategy Manager and broader Sales, New Business, and Retention teams.

You will help ensure accurate data in D365, assist with onboarding of new users, and coordinate meetings and training materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience with CRM systems (D365 preferred).
• Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or a broker agency environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with MiEdge, Spark, or Outreach is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Ops & Strategy Manager and teams.
• Assist with data entry, record updates, and data cleanup in D365 and manage contact lists.
• Coordinate onboarding for new users across sales tools (D365, Spark, MiEdge).
• Coordinate internal meetings, trainings, and check-ins with producers, carriers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with the RFP process by gathering information and organizing materials as directed.
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up documentation across teams.
