Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Sales Operations Support Specialist to provide daily admin and operational support to the Sales Operations & Strategy Manager and teams across Sales, New Business, and Retention.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely execution of tasks, including data maintenance in D365, onboarding of new users to sales tools, and coordination of meetings and trainings with producers, carriers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a support role, able to take direction and execute tasks accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with CRM systems (D365 preferred) and sales tools.
• Experience in insurance or employee benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, record updates, and routine data cleanup in D365.
• Flag stale or incomplete opportunity records for review.
• Manage bulk data uploads and contact lists.
• Onboard new users to sales tools (D365, Spark, MiEdge, etc.).
• Ensure proper access and licensing for new producers.
• Troubleshoot system access or functionality issues.
• Coordinate internal meetings, trainings, and check-ins with stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling, agendas, and follow-up for meetings.
• Prepare materials for training sessions on sales tools.
• Support coordination between sales and marketing on requests and campaigns.
• Assist with RFP information gathering and deadlines.
• Prepare materials for finalist presentations and client documents.
• Provide day-to-day admin support to sales teams.
• Support special projects and data initiatives.
• Assist with event logistics for sales enablement programs.
