DC Group is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our Minneapolis HQ. You will create and revise quotes, manage renewal opportunities, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support sales.

This role requires strong communication and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include processing opportunities in Salesforce and ERP, maintaining CRM data, supporting RFP/RFQ submissions, and generating reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise quotes for sales executives.
• Set up renewal opportunities and quotes in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to support sales.
• Process closed won opportunities in Salesforce and ERP.
• Close out lost opportunities in Salesforce.
• Maintain CRM and ERP data as needed.
• Assist sales team with RFP/RFQ submissions.
• Generate reports in ERP and CRM.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
