Job summary

Micross is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Support/Data Entry professional in the United States. You will enter data across multiple Micross software systems, update orders and quotes, and support the forecasting process.

A US person is required by export controls, with 1–2 years of related experience and solid MS Office skills. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM entries, assisting in weekly reviews, and collaborating with internal partners to ensure accuracy and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a US person due to export control rules.
• 1–2 years of sales support experience.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Ability to transcribe complex numbers accurately.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter data quickly and accurately into Micross software systems.
• Process changes to sales orders, purchase orders, quotes, forecasts.
• Identify and report discrepancies to management.
• Ensure quotations are entered into CRM and reflected in bookings forecast.
• Attend and contribute to weekly reviews of open quotations, KPI, bookings forecasts and SIOP.
• Follow safety, quality, ITAR policies.
• Build relationships with internal partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
