Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the revenue engine across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience. The role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and seamless handoffs to service and installation teams in a fast-paced, multi-division environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setup with cross-functional collaboration and data management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, operations coordinator, or sales support role.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-department handoffs between Sales, Operations, Marketing and Customer Experience.
• Create and maintain deal records in HubSpot CRM across multiple business lines.
• Support event logistics and booth setups for trade shows and conferences.
• Assist in proposal development and collecting supporting documentation.
• Process onboarding forms and pre-populate client/building information to streamline setup.
• Maintain contracts, drawings, proposals, and related documentation.
