Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales support or administrative/operations roles.
• Hands-on CRM experience with at least one CRM.
• Strong scheduling and calendar management; professional written English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, accurate CRM data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive.
• Schedule calls, demos, and follow-ups across time zones.
• Draft, format, and proofread sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and maintain dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-team handoffs to keep deals moving.
