Job summary

UBEO Business Services is seeking a Branch Sales Administrator in Rocky Mount, NC. The role provides essential administrative support to the sales team and coordinates with back office functions to ensure accurate order packets and timely processing of equipment orders.

Ideal candidates will have strong MS Office skills, familiarity with ERP/Workflow systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/Workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and clerical support to sales professionals
• Liaison between sales teams and back office teams
• Ensures clean order packets are submitted
• Generates orders and paperwork for equipment pickup/relocation at customer sites
• Obtains buyouts and credit approvals as requested by the sales team
• Communicates with Order Processors regarding status of open sales orders
• Assists with open house events and product shows
• Other duties as assigned
