Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with E-Automate or similar ERP system and ECM/Workflow software.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Serve as liaison between sales and back-office teams.
• Review order packets and ensure complete documentation.
• Generate orders and paperwork for equipment pickup and relocation.
• Coordinate buyouts and credit approvals as requested by sales.
• Communicate status of open sales orders with Order Processors.
• Assist with open house events and product shows.
