Job summary

UBEO Business Services is seeking a Branch Sales Administrator in Asheville to provide essential administrative support to the sales team and manage order packets. You will scan documents, maintain workflow, and handle clerical functions to ensure smooth sales operations at our Asheville location.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems like E-Automate. A fast-paced environment with deadlines is common, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office products and ERP/ECM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and clerical support to the sales professionals.
• Liaison between sales teams and back office teams.
• Ensures clean order packets are submitted and tracked.
• Generates orders and paperwork for equipment pickup and relocation.
• Obtains buyouts and credit approvals as requested by sales team.
• Communicates with Order Processors about open sales orders.
• Assists with open house events and product shows.
• Other duties as assigned.
