Job summary

UBEO Business Services is seeking a Branch Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the sales team and coordinate with back-office operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves processing orders, managing documents, and assisting with events and product shows, with opportunities to collaborate across departments and help ensure accurate order shipments and credit approvals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and Outlook essential.
• Experience with ERP or document workflow systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and clerical support to sales professionals
• Liaison between sales teams and back office teams
• Ensures clean order packets are submitted
• Generate orders and paperwork for picking up and relocating equipment at customer sites
• Obtain buyouts and credit approvals as requested from sales team
• Communicate with Order Processors regarding the status of open sales orders
• Help with open house events and product shows
• Other duties as assigned
