Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Support Associate. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, presenting vehicle features and financing basics, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.

You will support dealership operations, help with paperwork, and collaborate with Sales and Management to meet goals. The position offers a competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail.
• Ability to progress through Level 1 and 2 learning certification with increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and services to customers.
• Follow up with internet leads and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with prospects via phone, text, and email.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments and titles.
• Support daily dealership operations and showroom organization.
