Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support role to greet customers, present vehicle features, and assist with financing basics. You will nurture leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team with test drives and showroom activities.

Roles involve processing paperwork, maintaining inventory, and cross-training across departments to ensure a smooth customer journey. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Able to progress through multi-phase learning certification for sales and operations.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing process with vehicle features and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication via phone, text, and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, titles, trade information, and loan documents.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Support daily dealership operations across departments and ensure end-to-end customer journey.
