Job summary

DriveTime Automotive Group Inc. is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, and nurture leads across showroom and online channels.

You will support daily operations, assist with paperwork, and help maintain a seamless customer journey in a fast-paced dealership environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, multi-department collaboration, and flexible cross-training to cover various dealership functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail is expected.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing, including presenting features, pricing and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication via phone, text and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up.
