Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sales Operations Data Analyst to transform sales, execution and customer data into actionable insights. You will partner with Sales Leaders to understand performance, identify opportunities and risks, and drive improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities include creating executive-ready reports, leveraging Power BI and Tableau, and supporting planning with performance-to-goal insights. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years experience in sales analysis and reporting.
• Proficient data visualization with Tableau/Power BI; Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and time-management skills.
• Effective communicator with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Support business planning with projections and performance insights.
• Surface risks and opportunities requiring SOM or leadership attention.
• Create executive-ready reports with clear storytelling.
• Leverage Power BI and other tools to simplify reporting and insights.
