Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sales Analyst to join the Sales Analytics team in Minnesota. You will collaborate with Customer Account Managers to deliver data-driven insights that drive category growth and improve performance across Nestlé brands in retail channels.

Responsibilities include generating actionable insights from syndicated data and POS sources, building 4P reporting, and presenting analytical recommendations. Strong Excel skills and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 18+ months of experience in retail sales or sales analytics.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivots) and data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights to support sales and category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and POS datasets.
• Demonstrate category expertise and maintain understanding of market landscape.
• Create compelling data visuals and storytelling for sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools for account teams.
• Pull data for ad hoc analyses from multiple sources.
