Job summary

DriveTime Car Sales, LLC is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver outstanding customer interactions by understanding needs and guiding them to the right vehicle, financing, and next steps. You’ll support dealership operations, ensure compliance, and help maintain a high‑quality customer experience across the DriveTime family of brands.

With a path from Levels 0–4 learning through earning, this role requires a high school diploma or GED (associates or bachelor's preferred), 3+ years

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle, guiding them through DriveTime nurture and sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing sales calls to secure appointments and converting scheduled visits into completed sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, sales, nurture activities, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
