Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Sales and Operations Advisor to guide customers in selecting vehicles and financing options, while supporting store operations and compliance. You will manage the full sales cycle, perform cash handling, and maintain inventory knowledge to ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations with proven success.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the process.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making sales calls, securing appointments, and converting visits to sales.
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and related sales processes (trades, upgrades, post-sale).
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and support onboarding/training for new hires.
