Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchase and financing process.

The role covers the full sales cycle and dealership operations, from opening the store to finalizing sales, with a focus on delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience; experience in sales and retail operations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers expressing interest in purchasing a vehicle.
• Manage full sales cycle from calls to appointments to final sale.
• Perform store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory checks, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and post-sale activities.
• Contribute to a high-energy, team-focused environment and support onboarding of new hires.
