Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to enhance customer interactions by matching buyers with the right vehicle, financing options, and dealership processes.

You will support store operations, ensure compliance, and help deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience while progressing through levels 0–4 with increasing responsibility and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations with proven success in driving sales and customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for previous 3 years.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer partnerships and guide them through purchases, inventory, and financing options.
• Manage full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, audits, and inventory management tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory and financing options.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and support onboarding for new hires.
