DriveTime is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience while guiding customers through vehicle options and financing. You will support dealership operations, maintain compliance, and help ensure consistent high-quality service across the DriveTime family of brands.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, inventory knowledge, and teamwork, with opportunities to progress through multi-phase levels as sales and operations responsibilities expand.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in sales or retail operations.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospect to close.
• Operational tasks including opening/closing, cash handling, tagging, titles/registrations.
• Knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in vehicles.
• Schedule and convert visits into sales.
• Handle store operations and compliance tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and financing options.
