DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor in Miami to drive customer-focused interactions and match buyers with the right vehicle and financing options. You will handle appointments, close sales, and support daily dealership operations to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

The role emphasizes opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, and adherence to compliance standards, with ample opportunity for growth through a multi‑phase

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive, safe, and high‑performing work environment.
