DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience in our dealership. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and the DriveTime nurture process, while supporting store operations and maintaining accurate inventory and records.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, sales execution, and ongoing development through multi-phase progression and manager training programs.

Qualifications

• Build strong partnerships with customers aiming to purchase a vehicle.
• Guide customers through DriveTime nurture and sales processes.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and related sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store, handle cash, conduct sales and nurture activities.
• Manage inventory, perform audits, and handle documentation (tags, title/registration).
• Deliver world-class customer experience and cross-sell DriveTime family products.
