Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or bachelor's preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations with proven performance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through vehicle, inventory, and financing options.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and converting visits to sales.
• Handle store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory audits, and documentation.
