Job summary

DriveTime is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor in Maryland to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide buyers through the full vehicle purchase and financing process.

You will support dealership operations, maintain inventory knowledge, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals while advancing through a multi-phase growth path with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and converting visits into sales.
• Perform store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, website, financing options, and sales processes.
• Develop sales competencies including negotiation and customer experience.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Deliver a tailored customer experience and introduce customers to DriveTime family of brands.
• Train new hires as a mentor for Sales and Operations Advisors.
• Execute company directives and participate in training and development.
• Progress through multi-phase role levels with increasing responsibilities.
