Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor in Maryland to engage customers, guide them to the right vehicle and financing options, and support store operations. You will drive appointments, manage the sales cycle, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Role includes cross-functional teamwork, ongoing training, and multi-phase progression from Levels 0–4 as you demonstrate leadership in sales, operations, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers expressing interest in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the process.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits to sales.
• Perform store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and sales processes (trades, upgrades, post-sale).
• Develop sales skills and collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive work environment.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience in-store and across DriveTime brands.
• Serve as a training partner for new Sales and Operations Advisors during onboarding.
