Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to focus on delivering effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options.

The role supports dealership operations through essential tasks, compliance, and delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience, with phased learning and earning progression through Levels 0–4.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales performance, managing operational processes, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by guiding them through the DriveTime nurture and sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle: make sales calls, secure appointments, convert visits to sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities: opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
• Deliver a world-class, tailored customer experience and support dealership leadership as certification is achieved.
