Job summary

DriveTime in Council Bluffs, IA is hiring a Sales & Operations Advisor to guide customers through vehicle purchases and support daily dealership operations.

You will build strong customer partnerships, manage the full sales cycle, and handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory, and compliance. You’ll contribute to a high-quality customer experience and collaborate with teammates to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers to guide vehicle purchasing decisions.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making sales calls, securing appointments, and converting visits into sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks (documentation, tags, title/registration).
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and support onboarding and training for new Sales & Operations Advisors.
