Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales & Operations Advisor in Training for the Council Bluffs dealership. You will greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, and assist the sales team through follow-ups and test drives.

You’ll help with dealership operations, processing paperwork, and maintaining inventory presentation while collaborating with management to meet goals. Growth through our manager training programs is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer-facing experience in hospitality, sales or retail is a plus.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing, presenting vehicle features and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads and showroom guests via phone, text, and email.
