Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking aSales and Operations Advisor in Columbia, SC to deliver excellent customer experiences by matching customers with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options.

This role includes opening/closing the store, handling cash, maintaining compliance, inventory management, and providing world-class training and support to new sales and operations staff. DriveTime offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations with proven success in driving sales and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for the previous 3 years; ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers seeking a vehicle and guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits to sales.
• Perform store operations tasks—opening/closing, cash handling, inventories, audits, and paperwork.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, website, financing options, and sales processes.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, safe, high-performing environment.
• Support onboarding and development as a training partner for new hires.
