Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences, match buyers with the right vehicle and financing options, and support dealership operations. You will manage the full sales cycle, open/close the store, handle cash, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales and retail operations with strong performance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record within last 3 years.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers, guiding them through vehicle and financing options.
• Manage the full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and converting visits to sales.
• Support operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and compliance.
• Provide ongoing training and collaborate with team to maintain a high-quality experience.
