Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, guide them through vehicle selections, and coordinate sales and dealership operations. You will open/close the store, manage inventory, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across our family of brands.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales and retail, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Proven success in driving sales performance and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and converting visits to sales.
• Handle store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
