Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an energetic Sales and Operations Advisor to drive customer interactions and guide buyers through the vehicle selection and financing process.

You will support dealership operations, maintain compliance, and help ensure a high-quality customer experience. The role includes sales, inventory oversight, and multi-phase responsibilities with opportunities for growth across the DriveTime family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience; minimum of 3 years in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage full sales cycle: sales calls, appointments, and converting visits into sales.
• Perform store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation.
