Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver excellent customer interactions by matching needs with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options. You’ll support dealership operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience across our DriveTime family of brands.

Responsibilities include building customer relationships, managing the sales cycle, and participating in training and development for new hires while supporting multi-phase growth

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for prior 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug test and background check.
• High school diploma or GED is required; college degrees are preferred when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the sales process.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational tasks including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, website, financing options, and related sales processes.
