You will support dealership operations, ensure compliance, and deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across DriveTime’s family of brands, with focus on training new hires and progressing through levels of responsibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations with a track record of driving sales.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving history for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and match them with vehicle, inventory, and financing options.
• Guide customers through the sales process to a purchase or next steps.
• Support dealership operations, maintain compliance, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
