Job summary

DriveTime Lakewood is seeking a Sales & Operations Advisor to engage customers, match them with the right vehicle and financing options, and guide them through the next steps of the purchase." The role also supports daily dealership operations including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance.

With 3+ years in sales/retail operations, you’ll build relationships, close appointments, and maintain a high-quality customer journey in a busy, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers expressing interest in purchasing a vehicle.
• Manage full sales cycle by completing calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, website, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Deliver a world-class, tailored customer experience in the dealership.
