Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Manage the full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and conversions.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, inventory audits and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and post-sale activities.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and support dealership operations.
