Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to connect customers with the right vehicle and financing options, guiding them from inquiry to purchase while supporting dealership operations and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

This full-time, on-site role requires a HS diploma (associates or bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years in sales and retail operations, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the Sales process.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Handle operational tasks including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, high-performance work environment.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and contribute to company onboarding and training.
• Progress through training and development programs to assume increasing responsibilities.
