DriveTime Car Sales, LLC is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to guide customers from inquiry to purchase and to support daily dealership operations. You will manage appointments, close sales, and maintain awareness of inventory and financing options to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training of new hires, and adherence to DriveTime processes in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Own the sales cycle from calls to appointments to final sale.
• Develops and maintains expert knowledge of inventory, financing options, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle, guiding them through the DriveTime Nurture and Sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing sales calls to secure appointments and converting scheduled visits into completed sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, sales, nurture activities, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
